Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping to the contiguous United States is Free for all items. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or the Caribbean Islands. Additionally, we do not ship to APO or PO Boxes. Orders will be processed within 2 days then shipped via UPS or FedEx. Once an item has shipped it may take 7 – 10 business days for delivery. Tracking numbers will be provided for you to monitor the delivery date. Because we are unable to schedule exact delivery times the shipper may leave the package at the residence or leave a notice of attempted delivery.

Some braided and custom rugs may take 2 – 3 weeks for delivery.

Oversized items that too large or heavy to ship via UPS or FedEx will be shipped via common carrier. You will be contacted by the common carrier to schedule a curb side delivery.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason yare not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer. Custom-made items are non returnable unless there is damage or a defect in which case we will provide a replacement.

To return an item you first need a return authorization number. To obtain your return authorization send an email to returns@rugclick.com. Once you receive your Return Authorization Number, RA#, you must attach it to the item wrapped in its original packaging, or equivalent, and use a trackable carrier of your choice, UPS or FedEx to ship the item to our warehouse:

You have 7 days to return your item from the date you RA # is issued. Unless the item is defective your are responsible for all processing fees shipping costs back to our warehouse. Items returned without a RA# will be refused at the warehouse and shipped back to the sender. Area rug padding that has been opened may not be returned.

All items must be received in new condition. If the item is damaged or soiled it may be refused or incur a 25% restocking fee. Items returned after 30 days or items returned without an RA# will incur a 25% restocking fee.
